Accommodation at Wadham College is available at £ 48 per night (bed and breakfast).
If you wish to reserve a room, please let us know as soon as possible, specifying dates of arrival and departure. Most participants are expected to arrive on Sunday evening (29 March) and leave on Friday evening (3 April), but rooms may be available for Friday night if required. Please say if you want a double room.
Dinners in college will be provided Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, at a cost of £ 23 per meal.
There will be a special conference dinner on Wednesday evening, at a cost of about £ 35.
Please let us know by 1 March 2009 if you wish to be signed in for the meals (or a subset of them; and if you want to bring a guest to the special dinner).
Sandwich lunch, tea and coffee will be provided at the Mathematical Institute. To cover this we may have to ask you to contribute a £ 40 registration fee for the 5 days (£ 8 per day pro rata).
Some funds may be available to help cover the cost of accommodation for graduate students. Please tell us if this applies to you.
