We are looking for highly-motivated applicants that hold a master’s degree in mathematics and whose scientific interests fit with the goals of the research training group. Especially welcome are applicants with background in one or more of the following areas: Algebraic Geometry, Algebraic Topology, Group Theory, K-theory, Model Theory, Number Theory and Representation Theory.

We expect our doctoral researchers to participate in the common study program and their respective research groups. Applicants should be fluent in English; proficiency with the German language is not required.
